OVirtual provides an AI-powered website and application builder. You can describe what you want to build in natural language, and the Service generates code, designs, and deployable websites or applications.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including websites, applications, and uploaded assets. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Token credits and BYOK plans are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVirtual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
